Roxana grew up in a family and community that taught her how to be resourceful. It was her home, parents, community, and education that ensured she was resourceful to help herself and others. It was imperative to learn at an early age to dedicate her time to find, creating paths, and solutions for the challenges that a first generation immigrant family did not understand. She has over 30 years of being a resource for many that make her a powerful ally to her clients and community. Whether she is a co-host on a tv/ radio show to educate families about financial resources or if she is being called upon to connect entrepreneurs to business coaching Roxana is sure to bring a wealth of knowledge and motivation.

Roxana’s unique ability to decipher systems, opportunities, and intersections is one of the main reasons both the private and public sector pays her as a consultant. This broad yet in-depth knowledge base she and her networks manage have made her a sought out community leader. People know to contact her and her team of consultants when seeking assistance for a variety of topics of empowerment and development such as immigration, human rights, violence prevention, business consulting, translations, empowerment coaching, and so much more.
